We offer both Weekly and Bi-Weekly service options depending on the frequency of service you require. We also partner with you to take special considerations into account by providing access to our Maintenance Manager to keep up with what makes your property unique.

Our team also guides you through seasonal planning, from mulching to plant replacements and pruning, so your property always looks its best.

Client selects weekly or bi-weekly service option. Includes: mowing, edging, weed-eating, spraying beds for weeds, and blowing all hard surfaces.
Included for all maintenance Clients: year-round trimming and pruning of bushes, shrubs, and other plants that require upkeep.
Turf program is an optional package that includes the following seven annual (7) applications:
Two (2) Pre-emergent
Two (2) Post-emergent
Two (2) Fertilizer applications
One (1) Lime application
Optional service that includes two (2) seasonal checks of full irrigation system to ensure effective start-up and shut-down.
Optional service that includes two (2) annual applications of seasonal flowers in beds.
Optional service that includes two (2) annual applications of mulch and/or pine straw
